The Montessori Toddler Lead Teacher is responsible for guiding a mixed-age classroom of children aged 18 months to 3 years through a nurturing, developmentally responsive, and fully implemented Montessori learning environment. Grounded in respect for the child, this role supports the intellectual, social, emotional, and spiritual growth of every learner through the thoughtful application of Montessori pedagogy, deep observation, and authentic relationships with children and families.
