Teacher Leaders create, develop and lead programs in our small, community-based school. Teacher Leaders are both lead guides and administrators, who have autonomy in running their classrooms, and a voice as they take responsibility for curriculum development, staff coordination and community engagement. Teacher Leaders thrive if they are visionary, self-reflective, equity-focused, and collaborative.

Qualifications

You should have a Montessori Certification at the 3-6 level and have proven leadership experience.
